Description of work undertaken during porting:
Still a lot of work to do but functional now. Admin can set up a worksite in Sakai for a conference or workshop. Authors/ reviewers are able to submit papers/ reviewers to this site. A lot of work has been done on admin for site, pc member and topic setup. In particular a simple auto-match function has been written for automatically allocating reviewers to papers.

For the DMS tool, with development going on I find we have more and more to do. For example, we can improve the auto-matching function, we can add statistic report? Shall we continue the development or maybe we can use it now for the next event we organise?
