Description of Tool	There are two components: A ``mailbox'' for private messages from other worksite users. Users can send to other individuals or broadcast to the whole worksite. New messages can be read and old messages stored, retrieved or deleted. A ``forum'' for on-line discussions.

Tool use case:

Private messages stay within the Sakai worksite and avoid using a separae e-mail tool. However user has to check for the existance of messages. Forum is an alternative to the Discussion tool. Why would we need both.
