Welcome to the home of TWiki.CakesAndBooks. This is a Web-based collaboration area e-Learning mainly concerned with portals. It is part of the ReDReSS project and can be used to discuss both content and technology. We will be working closely with NCeSS, the National Centre for e-Social Science and with several of the JISC-funded projects, so information about the ELF may appear here, see http://www.jisc.ac.uk/elearning_framework.html

Our Software

Software is being developed as funded by a variety of projects listed below. The outcome of this work is a set of software modules which will inter-operate and have a common architecture. This work is ongoing and future funding will extend the functionality and provide additional use cases.

The entire software suite does not yet have a name, but one will be provided soon. Its working acronym is "JAM".
